Sales Representative, callconnector.ai/Product
ion8 is a technology company and full-cycle business management consultancy helping organizations work smarter through software, automation, and AI-powered tools. CallConnector.ai is our flagship product — AI-powered call intelligence and communication automation built for professional services firms — and we are actively expanding our software portfolio.
We are seeking a focused and driven Sales Representative, callconnector.ai/Product to own the direct sales motion for callconnector.ai and take on additional ion8 software products as they come to market. This is a product-specialist role for a seller who wants to go deep on a specific offering, build genuine market expertise, and grow with the product.
This is a remote position, and may be performed on a contract basis. Compensation mechanism is open to discussion and rate of compensation is commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle for callconnector.ai — from prospecting and outreach through demonstration, negotiation, and subscription activation — with a focus on professional services firms including law firms, accounting practices, and similar organizations.
Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities; manage activity and forecasting with discipline and consistency.
Conduct tailored product demonstrations that connect callconnector.ai's capabilities directly to the workflow challenges and priorities of each prospective buyer.
Build relationships within target verticals to generate referrals, identify expansion opportunities, and develop a network that supports sustained pipeline growth.
Represent ion8 and callconnector.ai on online communities and forums where target buyers are active.
Collaborate with product and leadership teams to relay market feedback, surface objections, and inform roadmap priorities based on what you hear in the field.
As new ion8 software products are developed and brought to market, take on sales responsibility for those products with the same focus and ownership.
Flexibility to support additional and varied initiatives as needed, including participation in ad hoc and special projects as directed by the company.
Qualifications
Proven track record selling SaaS or software products, ideally to professional services firms such as law firms, accountancies, or healthcare practices.
Experience running a full sales cycle independently, including outbound prospecting, product demonstrations, and closing.
Familiarity with legal technology, practice management software, or communication tools is a strong asset; experience with Clio or similar platforms is particularly desirable.
Comfort building a market presence from the ground up — this is not an inbound role, and success requires initiative and creative outreach.
Experience with CRM tools for pipeline management; Zoho CRM experience is particularly desirable.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical product capabilities into practical buyer value.
Self-directed, metrics-oriented, and motivated by ownership and results.
The ability to speak French, Spanish, or Portuguese would be an asset.
Awareness of and comfort with a range of compensation approaches including commissions-based and commission-only.
