Yes, Call Connector works with Clio Grow and Clio Manage.
In addition to a Call Connector license, you need: Call Connector works with Clio Manage, Clio Grow, and Zoho CRM.
In the Clio app directory, search for Call Connector and select the ion8 Call Connector listing. Alternatively, in your Clio account, navigate to the App integrations page and select Call Connector in the ‘Featured by Clio’ section.
Yes! Calls from existing Contact numbers are automatically logged in the Activities and Communications sections in Clio.
Calls are linked automatically to Matters in Clio. If there is only one matter, then the call is linked to it. If there is more than one matter, the user must choose the matter to which the call needs to be associated. Note: This feature is available only in the Way Better plan of Call Connector
Yes, they are. Voice calls and SMS are automatically logged from the logs in Dialpad or RingCentral independent of the device.

At this time, Call Connector only supports one phone system connection at a time. If connections to both phone providers are needed, contact ion8’s App Support Team (appsupport@ion8.net).
Yes! Call Connector supports dual delivery of automatic call and SMS logging to Clio Manage, Clio Grow and Zoho CRM. Integrations with other CRMs and Practice Management applications are in development. You are welcome to submit feature requests to appsupport@ion8.net.
The email address you used to subscribe to Call Connector must be the same email address you used to sign into Clio. If it isn’t, contact appsupport@ion8.net to give us the email address you used for logging into Clio.
After you download and install Call Connector for your browser, go to any page in Clio, and you'll see Call Connector in the bottom right corner of your browser window. If you installed Call Connector while you were in Clio, then refresh your browser and you'll see Call Connector.
Click the Call Connector app header to expand or minimize the app.
If there is only one matter associated with a contact in Clio, the call log will automatically be associated with the matter. If there are multiple matters for the contact, the appropriate matter will need to be manually selected.
