Note: This is a remote position. The employment term is flexible (full-time, part-time, or contract). Compensation will be based on experience.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This role will play a critical part in driving lead generation, increasing brand visibility, and contributing to the company's overall growth strategy. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of performance marketing, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to create compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI through A/B testing, keyword optimization, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance on an ongoing basis using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Drive performance marketing efforts, focusing on lead generation, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition.
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to ensure the targeting is relevant and impactful.
- Work closely with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives, including banner ads, videos, and other multimedia assets.
- Write engaging and effective ad copy for different platforms, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and follows best practices for each platform.
- Monitor key metrics like CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates to ensure campaigns stay on track and deliver expected outcomes.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights, making recommendations for optimization and adjustments.
- Availability during normal business hours (9am to 5pm ET), and reasonable flexibility regarding availability to support requests from clients in other time zones, are key requirements for this position.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and paid media campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing successful campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other performance-based advertising platforms.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and any other performance marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and landing page optimization.
- Solid understanding of SEO and how paid campaigns can complement organic efforts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Experience executing tasks with significant attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to follow instructions, work independently and in a team environment, prioritize accordingly, incorporate and give respectful feedback, take/give direction well, and iterate quickly.
- The ability to speak French, Spanish or Portuguese would be an asset.
