  • Proactively look for process definition and improvement opportunities and lead others in adhering to existing processes and contributing to their improvement.
  • Provide project status reports and related metrics in a cadence that is appropriate to the project (daily, per-sprint, and so on) and manage scope in an ongoing manner.
  • Conduct formal reviews with business sponsor and key stakeholders at scope completion to confirm acceptance and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate go-live activities both internally and externally and support client testing and releases, as needed.
  • Work closely with sales and solutions teams to translate customer requirements into services agreements for implementation, including developing project budgets and related assumptions, and participating in related capacity planning and forecasting exercises.
  • Within the context of executing the project, proactively and positively manage relationships with client stakeholders with an eye toward identifying and recommending future work opportunities.
  • Flexibility to support additional and varied initiatives as needed, including participation in ad hoc and special projects as directed by the company.
